Duties :
Provide top notch service Diagnosis and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues with machinery Read and understand machine schematics Fabricate and weld as necessary for task completion Follow federal and shop safety guidelines and protocol Communicate with management and other departments to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction Complete necessary paperwork for warranty and shop compliance.
Conditions :
Occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions and loud noises Requires sitting, ladder climbing, overhead reaching, balancing, kneeling, and crawling Frequent standing, walking, stair climbing, stooping, and firm grasping Constant forward reaching and simple grasping Push / pull up to 50 pounds' force
Requirements:
3+ years of construction/agriculture equipment experience, preferably on Bobcats, working on all aspects of repairs from welding/fabrication to electronics and engine diagnostics Must have own tools, valid driver's license and able to pass a background and drug check Must be able to multi-task, be dependable and driven Ability to recondition and repair equipment and components Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed Ability to read schematics (both hydraulic and electrical) Ability to attend company and product training for advancements in career
