Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Production - PLC / Maintenance professional to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial automation systems, and CNC equipment to ensure seamless production operations. Your expertise in industrial electrical systems, metal fabrication, and control systems will drive efficiency and reliability across our manufacturing processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work committed to continuous improvement. Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain PLC systems, including programming and troubleshooting PLC hardware and software issues. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, and automated machinery to minimize downtime. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and improve process efficiencies through automation upgrades. Conduct preventative maintenance on industrial electrical systems and other automation equipment. Utilize AutoCAD or SolidWorks for schematic design, layout planning, or tooling modifications as needed for system upgrades or repairs. Skills Extensive experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, installation, and repair using platforms such as Fanuc or similar industrial controllers. Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems including schematics reading, wiring diagrams, and schematic interpretation. Skilled in human-machine interface (HMI) configuration for real-time control and monitoring of manufacturing equipment. Mechanical knowledge related to tooling, machining processes, blueprint reading, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques. Ability to perform root cause analysis on complex equipment failures using diagnostic tools and engineering troubleshooting methods. Familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks for schematic design or modifications; experience with vision inspection systems is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams in an industrial setting. $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
