This is a 1099 position with paid training. The Fiber Optics Technician will be responsible for the installation, splicing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fiber optic cables and associated equipment. This position would include installing 3-4 houses a day. Monday-Sat, Sunday being optional. Paid by the job. Jobs range from $75-105 depending on what you have to do. They usually take 1-2 hours to install. Additional work is available, splicing, trenching etc. Please email me with your name and number for more information. Can start

Requirements Install and configure Utilize hand tools and electrical equipment to perform installations and repairs. Conduct tests using an ohmmeter to ensure proper connectivity and functionality of installed systems. Provide field service support, addressing any issues that arise during or after installation. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions. Strong communication skills .
