The team works across the full lifecycle of automation delivery — from intake and requirements gathering, to design, build, testing, deployment, and production support. The work is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and focused on delivering measurable business impact through automation, efficiency, and better user experience. We are looking for a hands-on Automation Specialist / Power Platform Developer who can translate business needs into practical automation solutions and support delivery end-to-end. This role requires someone who is comfortable working through ambiguity, balancing technical execution with stakeholder communication, and supporting both build and production needs. The ideal candidate should be able to discuss real implementation experience, reason through solution design, and handle automation work with ownership and clarity. What you'll do Gather requirements and translate business needs into automation solutions. Build and support Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Automate Desktop Flows, and Dataverse solutions. Assist with integrations, testing, and UAT coordination. Support production issues, fixes, and enhancements. Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and track progress. Maintain documentation, controls, and delivery quality. Help with solution thinking, architecture discussions, and scaling support where needed. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience in data analytics or a related technical field. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with web-based query tools. Hands-on experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI). Proven stakeholder management skills and basic project management experience. High school diploma or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate. Strong experience building Power Apps applications from scratch. Working knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, and integrations. Experience supporting UAT and production environments. Strong stakeholder communication and follow-through. Ability to explain technical decisions and troubleshoot issues at a practical level. Comfort working on automation delivery from requirement to support. Exposure to RPA or automation support. Experience with Power Automate Desktop and attended or unattended automation. Experience handling production incidents, enhancements, and deployment support. Ability to support both build and business-facing coordination tasks. Experience working in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments where ownership and adaptability matter. Familiarity with custom connectors, Golang and React, APIs, JavaScript, Python, or AI Builder. For Phoenix, AZ-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is USD $32.60 per hour.
