High-Volume Production Location:
I-10 & Wildhorse Pass (South of Loop 202) Overview We are seeking skilled Multicraft Technicians to support a high-volume production facility undergoing organizational transition and growth. This is a fast-paced environment where technicians play a critical role in maintaining uptime, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring operational efficiency. Open positions are available on both day and night shifts , with strong earning potential through guaranteed hours and additional bonuses. Openings 2 Night Shift 2 Day Shift Schedule Shift Options (Mon-Fri):- 2:00 AM
- 2:00 PM 2:00 PM
- 2:00
AM Overtime:
- Up to 60 hours/week during peak season Saturdays available
Guaranteed Hours:
- 48 hours/week (slow season) 60 hours/week (peak season)
Compensation Multicraft Technicians:
$30- 40/hr(BOE)
Additional Earnings:
$2/hour bonus for all night shift hours $5/hour bonus for all weekend hours (Bonuses are paid on top of base pay for every applicable hour worked.) Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical and automation equipment using schematics Utilize multimeters and standard hand tools for diagnostics and repair Perform mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting on production equipment Fabricate and modify parts to support repairs and continuous improvement Follow and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Maintain and support high-volume production equipment with a focus on minimizing downtime Perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment failures quickly Qualifications Experience with electrical troubleshooting and industrial automation Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Hands-on experience using multimeters and maintenance tools Strong mechanical aptitude, including pneumatics and fabrication Knowledge of LOTO safety procedures Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed Work Environment This facility is undergoing a period of transition, creating opportunities for technicians who want to make an immediate impact in stabilizing and improving operations.
