This depth of fundamental knowledge and experience has resulted in high productivity performance for end users.Job Description and Task:
Mundt & Associates, Inc. is seeking a machine wiring technician to provide professional wiring services for industrial laser machines with 3- 5 years worths of experience.
- Label, wire and connect switch boxes and control panel terminal board from basic wiring diagram.
- Wire electrical panels
- Build Cables _ Build wire harnesses
- Assemble cables into machine _ Point to Point panel building
- Check wiring for proper coding and termination. Check for short, continuity and grounds.
- Participate in testing of completed machines, analyze and troubleshoot any issue arising from testing.
- Perform all works as stipulated in the job description in a satisfactory manner Qualifications
- Able to read electrical diagrams and blueprints.
- Experienced and knows how to operate electrical hand tools.
- Experience in understanding electrical components and their use in an industrial design cabinets.
- Must be able to assist team members when applicable.
- Have good communication skills and positive interactions with team members.
- Able to do many tasks at the same time to meet customers' deliverable timelines.
- Knowledge of electrical safety requirements.
- Basic computer skills.
Valued But Not Required Skills:
- Experience with laser systems or lasers (Fiber, Picosecond, Femtosecond, etc.)
- Experience in AutoCAD
- Knowledge in PID control Due to current contract requirements must be a us citizen
- Compensation is negotiable commensurate with experience
