6-month contract (potential to convert) About the Team The Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) Electrical Engineering team develops high-reliability avionics, embedded processing, and power systems for autonomous air vehicles and missile platforms. The team delivers flight-critical electronics, PCB assemblies, and FPGA-based processing architectures used in complex and contested operational environments. What You'll Do Assemble electronic box assemblies by following detailed work instructions and engineering documentation Perform incoming inspection of mechanical and electrical components to verify quality and specification compliance Conduct basic electrical testing and support troubleshooting of assembly issues Maintain accurate build records, test results, and documentation of issues or deviations Support kitting of materials and components as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and ESD-controlled work environment Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment building electro-mechanical or electronic assemblies (aerospace, electronics, or medical preferred) Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment such as multimeters Familiarity with IPC standards including IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and J-STD Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced production environment Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of electronics assembly experience Experience troubleshooting electronic box assemblies Ability to clearly document failures and write detailed issue or nonconformance reports By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
