Job Description

Build the Future of Fiber Connectivity with Koscom Koscom is hiring experienced Fiber Technicians to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience with FTTH (Fiber to the Home) installations, this is an opportunity to join a professional team delivering high-quality fiber internet installations across California.

Service areas include:

Truckee, CA Monterey, CA Mammoth, CA Eureka, CA Bishop, CA Auburn, CA Travel throughout the assigned service area is required .

Responsibilities:

Perform FTTH residential fiber installations and service activations Install, troubleshoot, and repair fiber internet services Test fiber connections and verify service quality Educate customers on installed equipment and services Complete work orders and service documentation accurately Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment Follow company quality and safety standards

Requirements:

Previous FTTH or fiber optic installation experience Experience troubleshooting fiber internet services Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions White work truck required Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends

Compensation & Benefits:
