ROLE SUMMARY

Dogtra is seeing a product repair technician who will support the Repair and Refurbish Department. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

)

• Repair and service electronic devices (product training provided).
• Assist the Repair and Refurbish Department with return product.
• Other duties and tasks as requested by supervisor.
• Communicate with the customer service team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Electrical and electronic knowledge preferred
• High School diploma (or equivalent work experience)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual in Korean preferred
