Full Job Description Job Functions:
Report to Senior Quality Manager of the company. Responsible for certifying and calibrating optical and electrical test and measurement instrument product such as Spectroradiometers, Goniophotometers, Illuminance Meters, Photometers, Digital Power Meters, Power Supplies, EMC Generators, and EMC testers, etc.. Perform optical and electrical performance test of lighting products according to the requirement of a NVLAP accredited laboratory. Work with sales team to understand customer application testing requirements. Help build a product testing strategy and roadmap. Prepare test plans, test execution, test reporting and defect analysis. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Quality, or other related field. More than 5 years of progressively responsible experience for test and calibration. Profound knowledge of and experience in ISO9001 quality management system. Excellent knowledge in NIST traceability, national and international lighting measurement standards. Thorough understanding of measurement accuracy, precision, systematic bias, and uncertainty. Experience in working with lighting measurement equipments. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
