Unspecified Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Calibration Technician who is passionate about precision and possesses a keen attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for performing calibration services on a variety of instruments and equipment, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the calibration field and be comfortable with travel to client sites as needed.
Requirements:
Military training or experience (PMEL
OR TMDE OR
Electronics) ' OR an Associates Degree in Electronics (or related technical field); OR equivalent work experience & training. Minimum of 2 years of commercial or military laboratory experience Experienced in calibrating several disciplines of test and measurement equipment such as: Flow Electrical Temperature Pressure Working knowledge of
ISO/IEC 17025
Strong communication skills including written, verbal and listening skills. Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office(Word & Excel), Internet research, data entry, etc. Experience in interacting with customers in a courteous and professional manner and providing an excellent customer experience. Follows all departmental procedures and/or process documentation. Actively participates in the identification of risks and opportunities for improvements. Actively participates in identifying ways to improve efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction. Performs Calibrations on scope. Performs routine maintenance and repairs of tools and gauges. Maintains complete and accurate records of calibration results. Performs control charting, repeatability, and reproducibility studies. Provide training to new personnel.

Good problem-solving skills Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills; grammar, spelling, punctuation. Ability to prioritize daily workload and adjust as needed to meet the customer's needs. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
