Job Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Maintenance Mechanic for a direct hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA with a growing manufacturing operation. • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyor systems, production equipment, and automated machinery.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and support efficient equipment operation.
• Diagnose and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and industrial electrical issues.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Maintenance leadership and production teams to ensure smooth daily plant operations. Compensation and Benefits

• Schedule:

  Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
• Overtime available.
• Rotating Saturdays as needed. Required Qualifications and Skills
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on manufacturing and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot conveyor systems, PLC-controlled machinery, and automated production systems.
• Diagnose and resolve pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and industrial electrical issues.
• Support equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 5 years of maintenance mechanic experience preferred.
• Experience working with conveyor systems in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Stable work history and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Manufacturing, production, or food processing experience preferred.
• Experience working in an automated production facility.
• Ability to support overtime and rotating Saturday schedules as needed.
