Overview Join our dynamic team as a Crane Technician and become a vital part of maintaining and repairing that keeps industries moving forward! In this energetic role, you will troubleshoot, service, and repair cranes, ensuring optimal performance and safety. As well as OSHA certified or (5) years' experience. Electrical background would be helpful. Your expertise will help keep operations running smoothly across construction sites, manufacturing plants, and industrial facilities. We're looking for motivated professionals who thrive in hands-on environments and are eager to apply their mechanical skills to exciting projects every day. Duties Diagnose and repair a wide range of cranes, hoists and genie lifts. Able to read English, take instructions and work with others along with reading schematics. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, hydraulic system checks, brake repairs, tire service, and electrical diagnostics to prevent equipment downtime. Fabricate parts or components as needed using welding, soldering, hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to meet specific job requirements. Operate cranes and hoists safely during troubleshooting or repair procedures while adhering to all safety protocols. Utilize diagnostic tools and electrical experience to identify issues with vehicle electronics or mechanical systems accurately. Conduct alignment checks and perform precision adjustments to ensure equipment operates within manufacturer specifications. Maintain detailed service records, complete inspection reports, and document repairs for compliance and future reference. Experience Proven mechanic & electrical experience with repair including cranes and hoists. Dealership experience or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) familiarity is highly desirable. Skilled in reading schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex issues efficiently. Hands-on experience with welding, soldering, VFD's. Ability to operate power tools safely while maintaining high standards of quality workmanship. Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients or site personnel regarding repairs or maintenance needs. Pay:
$26.71 - $32.17 per hour
