Full Job Description Job Title:

Electro-Mechanical PLC Tech Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

6 Years

• Experience in an electrical maintenance environment 6 Years
• Experience in Position
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education
• Effective communication of issues and solutions to cross-functional team members Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical and instrumentation diagrams.

Familiarity with all basics hand tools, multi-meter, and PLC Hardware (I/O modules, communication modules, CPUs and safety relays) Knowledgeable on RS Links, RSLogix 5000, SIMATIC Step 7 and Factory Talk Studio Willingness to be a technical leader and trainer within the automation and electrical area of the plant. Skilled in the repair of variable frequency drives, servomotors and controllers, communication system (asi-bus, profit-bus, ethernet), PLC input-output cards, and safety modules. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues across multiple departments and levels of organization. Experience with

7+ years

• Experience in an electrical maintenance environment 7+ years
• Experience working in Position experience may include a combination of work experience and education, 4 years of experience in troubleshooting one of the following operating systems: Allen Bradley (AB) B&R or Siemens
• 4 years of experience in an electro-mechanical role in a industrial environment 1 year of experience leading and developing others on the functionality and repair of electro-mechanical equipment
• 2 years of experience creating process improvements or continuous improvement initiatives Skilled in layout and installation of electrical and communication lines Skilled working with electrical system including 480VAC & 24VD power Ability to read and interpret schematics; process and instrumentation diagrams Proficiency in troubleshooting one or more of the following automation system: Allen Bradley (AB), B&R, and/or Siemens Working experience with RSLogix 5000, SIMATIC steps 7, and Factory Talk Studio Understanding of binary numbers and computer and computer infrastructure Knowledge of SEW Motion Studios, and/or B&R Automation Studios if applicable

Education:

Minimum Required:

High School Diploma or GED Preferred Associate's Degree in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation or other similar manufacturing-related specialization If you meet the qualifications submit resume for review.
