Building Automation System Technician Requirements:

2+ Years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC, BAS, or HVAC Controls Service/Maintenance experience required Diagnostic / Troubleshooting or HVAC Controls Programming experience required Johnson or Siemens Controls experience preferred Networking or Controls Troubleshooting experience preferred

Position Offers:

Building Automation System Technician Responsibilities:

Installing, programming, and supporting building automation and HVAC control systems in commercial and industrial facilities, including government, healthcare, and educational facilites Responsibilities include integrating HVAC systems into BAS/BMS platforms, installing and wiring systems, and troubleshooting DDC controls using protocols such as BACnet and Modbus Work includes supporting equipment such as air handlers, VAVs, cooling towers, and ventilation systems, diagnosing system and communication issues, reading electrical schematics, servicing existing systems, and assisting with new installations and retrofit projects Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
