Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Soldering Tech
  • Bilingual Mandarin for a contract/temporary opportunity in Rowland Heights, CA.
This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with experience in PCB-level repair, soldering, desoldering, and PC hardware support. The Soldering Tech will work in a technical repair environment focused on quality, accuracy, and teamwork. This is a strong opportunity for candidates who enjoy detailed electronics work, want to strengthen their PCBA and server hardware repair skills, and value a structured schedule with provided PPE equipment and training. The work environment supports learning, collaboration, and consistent day-to-day expectations. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic PCB-level repairs using soldering irons and hot air rework tools.
  • Assist with component-level repair, replacement, and rework on PC hardware.
  • Conduct soldering and desoldering tasks with attention to quality and precision.
  • Support troubleshooting and repair activities for hardware assemblies and circuit boards.
  • Follow safety procedures, repair standards, and training guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay range: $22 to $25 per hour.
  • Job type: Contract/Temporary.
  • Schedule:
    Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • PPE equipment and training will be provided. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Perform PCB-level soldering, desoldering, and rework tasks.
  • Support component-level repair and replacement on PC hardware.
  • Use soldering iron and hot air rework tools for hardware repair.
  • Assist with quality-focused electronics repair in a technical work environment.
  • Bilingual Mandarin language skills required.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred for this role.
  • Experience with soldering and desoldering on PC hardware.
  • Ability to work with small components and perform detailed hands-on repair work.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to follow documented procedures.
  • Ability to work a Monday to Friday daytime schedule in Rowland Heights, CA. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with server hardware repair.
  • Experience with PCBA repair.
  • Additional hands-on experience using hot air rework tools and other electronics repair equipment.
