Apply now to contribute your background to the opportunity! Maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, test, and install plant instrumentation, controls, and electrical equipment. Perform maintenance on MCCs, motors, generators, excitation systems, and motor-operated valves. Troubleshoot PLCs, process controls, emissions monitoring systems, and DC backup power equipment. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment. Complete electrical switching and LOTO in accordance with approved procedures. Design and install equipment upgrades and system modifications. Read and interpret electrical drawings, prints, schematics, and specifications. Maintain accurate CMMS records for labor, materials, repairs, and equipment history. Develop and update operations and maintenance procedures. Coordinate contractors, parts, repairs, and small construction projects. Train and support team members on instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems. Follow all plant safety, environmental, SOP, and equipment-tagging requirements. Identify and correct safety hazards and participate in site safety initiatives. Support plant operations, maintenance, housekeeping, and continuous improvement activities. Communicate effectively with plant personnel, contractors, customers, and vendors. Work overtime and respond to off-hour call-ins as required. #ENG1
