Conduct hands-on physical and visual troubleshooting to verify prototype performance against design requirements. Required Skills Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience within a manufacturing, laboratory, or R&D environment. Demonstrated proficiency in manual soldering and electronic component rework. Strong familiarity with electronic test equipment and precision hand tools. Proven ability to document technical data and follow complex process instructions. Preferred Skills Experience within the automotive, aerospace, or high-tech electronics sectors.
