About the Role In this vital role, you will support the maintenance and operation of the building systems inside a client facility. As a Maintenance Technician III you'll be a key leader in running a shift and providing guidance to fellow technicians and Automation Engineer support partners. Your expertise will be utilized in the optimization and execution of the preventive maintenance process, with a focus on maximizing equipment reliability and operational performance of equipment such as conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, print and apply systems, SCADA devices and programs. You will provide our client with expert-level support based on the technical problems related to their MHE systems. What You'll Do Repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility. Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures. Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc. Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair of critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians. Build and close out work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members. Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
