Whether you already have professional repair experience or you are technically inclined and looking for an opportunity to prove yourself, we provide the training and resources needed to succeed. All technicians start at $20/hour during training. Once training is successfully completed and you have demonstrated your technical ability, reliability, customer service, and overall performance, you may be eligible for a pay increase based on skill level and performance. This is not just a screen-replacement position. Our technicians work with smartphones, tablets, laptops, computers, gaming consoles, and other consumer electronics. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, PCs, gaming consoles, and other electronics Perform screen, battery, charging port, camera, speaker, and other component replacements Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Perform PC tune-ups, virus removals, data transfers, and other technology services Complete device diagnostics and quality-control testing Maintain accurate repair notes and work orders Communicate repair findings and recommendations to customers Maintain an organized and professional repair workspace Manage repair parts and inventory Follow manufacturer repair procedures and quality standards Assist customers with accessories, services, and technology protection solutions Experienced Technicians We are especially interested in candidates with experience in any of the following: Cell phone or tablet repair iPhone and Android repair Laptop and PC repair Computer building and upgrades Hardware diagnostics Software troubleshooting Soldering or microsoldering Data transfer or data recovery Electronics troubleshooting Retail technology repair Previous professional repair experience can qualify you for faster advancement and increased compensation after your skills are evaluated. No Professional Repair Experience? We are also willing to invest in the right candidate. You should already be comfortable with technology and have a genuine interest in learning how electronics work. Experience building PCs, repairing your own electronics, working on gaming systems, replacing components, or troubleshooting technology is highly valued. Compensation & Growth Starting Pay:
$20.00/hour After successfully completing training and demonstrating your abilities, technicians may be eligible for increased hourly compensation based on experience, technical skill, performance, and responsibilities. Technicians also have opportunities to earn additional compensation through our commission and incentive programs, including qualifying accessory sales, technology services, protection plans, and customer experience performance.
