Description Summary:
This internship consists of gaining an understanding of the sales and operations of Royal Industrial Solutions, as well as technical experience with Industrial Automation alongside our Technical Consultants. There will be interactions with customers, technical specialists, sales personnel, and others involved in our organization to obtain a broad understanding of how we transact business and provide creative solutions to our customers.

Automation Solutions Group Manager Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 full-time semesters of college credit in pursuit of a Business, Engineering, or STEM degree Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Experience with MS Office with demonstrable technical ability

Technically minded Possess a desire for discovery Ability to quickly learn new concepts Able to communicate effectively with all levels from C-Suite to warehouse Enjoy meeting new people and experiencing new situations in diverse environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Engineering students preferred. Preferred fields of study include
Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace and Mechatronics Engineering Working Conditions:
Most days will start in an office environment, but may include warehouse, customer sites such as factory floors, manufacturing facilities, and construction sites.

This position requires training to develop the technical and business skills to drive strategies to accelerate growth of automation solutions. Assignments and projects may include Industrial Components, Power Control Solutions, Automation, Software Services Solutions. Meet with peers and visit customers at various sites and vertical industries including Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Amusement Parks, Manufacturing Facilities, and Water Treatment Plants. Veteran Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $24 to $24 hourly.
