Leading electronic testing company (Santa Rosa, CA 95403 - Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment A leading electronics testing company is seeking an Electronic Test Technician to support calibration standards for the company's service centers worldwide and external customers. This role involves calibrating electronic measurement equipment, performing testing and troubleshooting, and ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of calibration services.
Electronic Test Technician Responsibilities:
Perform calibration, testing, and verification of electronic measurement equipment using test equipment to support internal service centers and external customers. Troubleshoot calibration and measurement issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical problems to ensure equipment accuracy and reliability. Support calibration standards and quality processes by maintaining accurate test records and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Utilize knowledge of electronics theory and measurement principles to evaluate equipment performance and verify calibration results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
Electronic Test Technician Qualifications:
Experience performing calibration using a manufacturing company's electronic test equipment. Knowledge of basic electronics theory and electronic measurement principles. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Ability to accurately document calibration and test results. Experience working with electronic measurement or calibration equipment in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
