Role Description The Repair Manager is a full-time, onsite role based in Signal Hill, California, responsible for leading and overseeing all repair operations. This role manages day-to-day repair workflows and ensures adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and quality expectations. This position supervises the team of repair technicians, provides hands-on technical guidance when needed, and drives continuous improvement in repair processes and turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise repair team and assign work orders Ensure timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards Manage repair schedules, parts inventory, and documentation Mentor and train repair team members Analyze repair processes and implement efficiency improvements
Qualifications:
3-5 years or more of supervisor experience Technical expertise in elevator repair Experience in the elevator industry preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Must be located within a commutable distance to Signal Hill, California
