• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team at Ferrari South Bay.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical diagnostics and repair, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems. As a Master Technician, you will lead repair projects, mentor junior technicians, and ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a variety of equipment and systems, including [specify types of equipment, e.

g., vehicles, machinery, HVAC systems, etc.]. Oversee and execute complex repairs and upgrades, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols. Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge. Collaborate with service advisors and management to identify customer needs and provide exceptional service. Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used, updating relevant software or database systems as necessary. Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices to enhance personal expertise and shop performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all repair and maintenance activities. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and effectively. Contribute to a team-oriented work environment, promoting collaboration and communication among all personnel.

• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in relevant fields is preferred.

Minimum [7+] years of experience as a technician in automotive industry. ASE Certification or equivalent professional certification preferred. Strong diagnostic skills and hands-on experience with automotives. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and other technical resources. Valid driver's license and clean driving record, if applicable.
