IPS is also a factory-authorized OEM representative for multiple lines of pharmaceutical process equipment.
Position Overview:
Join our team as a Mechanical/Electrical Calibration Technician, ensuring precision in measurement instruments. This position is embedded full-time onsite at our client's facility as part of our Onsite Technical Service (OTS) program.
Responsibilities:
Calibrate and troubleshoot test equipment (micrometers, calipers, indicators, pressure, temperature, humidity, torque, oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.). Issue and review calibration certificates. Manage data entry and monitor orders. Assist with inventory control and customer service communication. Perform office duties, maintain lab cleanliness, and support workflow. Assist in electrical equipment calibration and testing under supervision. Prepare technical reports and other documentation. Handle additional assigned duties.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven work experience in electrical, temperature, torque, and physical dimensional calibration. Life Sciences, DoD, PMEL, or military calibration background preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to error-free work. Strong organizational, computer, and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills for team interaction and client collaboration. U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
