Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Technician - Development & Test to support prototype assembly, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and manufacturing improvement projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical problem-solving and working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, modify, test, and troubleshoot prototypes, fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing support equipment.
- Provide technical support to Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations.
- Assist with testing, inspection, validation, data collection, documentation, and process improvement activities.
- Support troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, equipment startup, and continuous improvement projects. Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school, trade school, military technical training, associate degree, engineering coursework, or relevant hands-on experience preferred.
- 0-3 years of technical experience for entry-level candidates; additional experience may qualify candidates for higher technician levels.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, basic computer skills, and ability to read engineering drawings, bills of material, and technical instructions. . Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English . Authorized to work in the USA without company sponsorship. Preferred Experience and Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, equipment maintenance, fixture or tooling assembly, machining, welding, soldering, electronics assembly, 3D printing, CAD software, ERP systems, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement activities.
- Professional, self-motivated, technically curious, and able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
