This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. As a key member of our service team, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while applying your technical expertise to restore and maintain vital systems across commercial and residential settings. Your proactive approach and mechanical knowledge will help us uphold our reputation for excellence in restoration and maintenance services. Duties Perform comprehensive repairs on appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct installation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of kitchen equipment and other mechanical systems. Diagnose issues accurately by interpreting schematics, electrical diagrams, and system specifications. Operate company vehicles safely to reach service locations promptly while adhering to all safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly about repair processes, timelines, and system care instructions. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system diagnostics. Assist with the inspection of mechanical systems to identify potential issues before they escalate, ensuring ongoing operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in appliance repair, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), or related mechanical fields. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams confidently. Experience with HVAC system repair, refrigeration maintenance, and kitchen equipment servicing is highly desirable. Knowledge of maintenance, repair operations (MRO), and construction experience is a plus. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles safely; experience with equipment repair and operation preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities. Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems efficiently while working independently or as part of a team.
