Duties Diagnose hardware and software issues on various mobile devices including Android and iOS platforms. Perform repairs on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices using hand tools and soldering techniques when necessary. Replace or upgrade components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and internal hardware based on schematics and analysis. Troubleshoot operating systems like Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to resolve software glitches or performance issues. Conduct field service visits to customer locations for on-site repairs or technical support. Assist customers with retail sales by explaining device features, accessories, and service plans. Use technical analysis skills to interpret schematics, diagnose equipment faults, and ensure precise repairs. Requirements Proven experience repairing mobile devices with knowledge of operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. Strong soldering skills for delicate component replacements on circuit boards. Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting software issues. Ability to use hand tools effectively for disassembly and reassembly of electronic devices. Excellent analysis skills to identify root causes of device malfunctions quickly. Experience reading schematics and technical diagrams for accurate repairs. Strong communication skills to provide technical support to customers in retail or field service settings.
