Job Title:
Low Voltage Technician Job Description Join our team as a Low Voltage Technician, where you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of advanced control systems for commercial projects. Your first assignment will be a school remodel, with the potential to work on new builds such as a school in Castle Rock. Drive time is compensated, or transportation to the site will be provided. Responsibilities Install and maintain low voltage cabling on commercial projects. Work on the installation, repair, service, and maintenance of electronic, pneumatic, and Direct Digital Controls (DDC). Design, engineer, and install energy management systems for commercial buildings. Implement web-enabled control systems to allow remote monitoring and adjustments. Occasionally travel with per diem provided. Essential Skills General labor experience in low voltage installations. Knowledge of fire alarm systems and automation systems. Experience with conduit and cabling installation. 2+ years of experience in low voltage cabling. Additional Skills & Qualifications Understanding of wiring on a jobsite. Commercial experience is a plus. Experience in fire alarm and digital controls is beneficial. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM on most jobs. Expect a standard 40-hour workweek with potential for overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Castle Rock, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
