Posted 03/2026 Job Description Job Summary Perform avionics line maintenance and avionics installations. Good communication skills. Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues. Must be able to read, understand and accomplish maintenance manual procedures. Must be able to research, read wire prints, and order parts. Must have commercial aircraft installation experience with minimum of 5 years. Must be able to accomplish tasks within allotted time. Ensuring that the repair and installations of all articles and components within their jurisdiction is accomplished within the authority of the repair station and that the Quality Assurance Department, when applicable inspects the work. The proper handling of all parts while in repair process through the shop and when work is completed. Responsible for reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Director of Maintenance if a project is not going to be completed on time. Customer interaction and communication as needed. Expected to put in overtime required to complete job assignment. To ensure that the maintenance of the shop premises are kept in a clean and orderly manner. All shop equipment is put back to proper location after use. Other jobs and duties may be assigned at the discretion of the company.
PREREQUISITES
Avionics and/or related field work with 3+ years' experience. Airframe license a min. Pass FAA drug and alcohol program and random testing. Read and understand English. Study Repair Station Manual and pass Repair Station Manual exam.
