Job Description

Pay:
$25.00•$30.00 per hour
DOE Location:
Longmont, CO Are you passionate about electronics, troubleshooting, and problem-solving? We are seeking a Test Technician II to join a growing electronics manufacturing team supporting advanced printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies and RF products. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on diagnostics, testing, and identifying component-level failures.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and identify component-level failures on printed circuit boards (PCBs) Perform functional, RF, and boundary scan testing on production assemblies Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and test documentation Diagnose electronic failures and determine root causes Operate test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and automated test systems Document troubleshooting activities, test results, and repair findings Support engineering teams with product improvements and test development projects Assist with training and mentoring production test technicians Follow ESD, MSD, and board handling procedures Maintain accurate records using company software and reporting systems
Qualifications:
2+ years of electronics testing, troubleshooting, repair, or related technical experience, OR a technical certificate/vocational training Ability to troubleshoot electronic circuits to the component level Experience reading and interpreting schematics Strong computer skills and attention to detail Excellent problem-solving and deductive reasoning abilities Ability to support multiple product lines and priorities Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
RF testing experience Experience with amplifiers and attenuators Familiarity with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and automated test equipment Electronics manufacturing experience PCB testing and debugging experience

PM Compensation:
