•20 + commission, based on experience About the Position CPR Cell Phone Repair is looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Repair Technician to join our New Haven team. No prior repair experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in electronics, technology, and hands-on work and wants to develop professional repair skills. Experienced technicians are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, and other electronic devices Perform screen, battery, charging-port, camera, speaker, microphone, housing/back-glass, and other component replacements Learn and perform repairs on Apple, Samsung, Google, Motorola, and other major devices Perform diagnostic testing before and after repairs Carefully disassemble and reassemble electronic devices Test repaired devices to ensure proper functionality Maintain a clean and organized repair workspace Provide friendly and professional customer service Explain repair issues, options, pricing, and estimated completion times to customers Properly document repairs and customer information Handle customer devices responsibly and protect customer privacy Follow CPR Cell Phone Repair procedures and quality standards Assist with inventory, parts organization, and general store responsibilities Qualifications No previous repair experience is required. Training will be provided to qualified candidates. We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Willing to learn Comfortable working with small electronic components Detail-oriented Good with their hands Interested in technology and electronics Able to troubleshoot problems and follow instructions Professional and friendly with customers Able to work independently and as part of a team Experience That Is a Plus Previous experience with any of the following is helpful but not required: iPhone repairs Samsung Galaxy repairs Screen replacement Battery replacement Charging-port replacement Back-glass or housing replacement Computer/laptop repair Software troubleshooting Data transfer and device setup Microsoldering or board-level repair Training For candidates without previous experience, training will cover: Basic electronics and device components Proper repair techniques Device disassembly and reassembly Screen and battery replacement Diagnostic procedures Device testing Customer service Repair safety and proper handling procedures What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work.
