Full-Time Service & Repair Technician Join a trusted, family-owned company with 45+ years in the hearth & spa industry! What You'll Do Service, maintain, and repair wood, gas, and pellet stoves, fireplaces, and hot tubs (residential & commercial) Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform preventative maintenance Respond to work orders professionally and in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of work orders and daily service reports Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and management Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships Address customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction Educate customers on proper use and maintenance of their systems Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work vehicle Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude (we'll train the right candidate!)
