Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary Perform aircraft wiring harness fabrication, installation, testing, and troubleshooting activities in support of System Integration Laboratory test facilities. Support the construction and routing of aircraft wiring harnesses, installation of equipment in electronic racks, and termination of wiring to rear disconnect panels. Utilize engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and electronic documentation to fabricate, diagnose, repair, and test laboratory equipment with limited guidance. - 0-3 years of experience in electronic and electrical fabrication
- Strong electronic and electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment
- Mechanical and general fabrication skills
- Previous experience working with, fabricating, and terminating military wiring harnesses and connectors
- Experience fabricating aircraft wiring harnesses from electrical schematics
- Experience routing wiring harnesses in large electronic racks and terminating to rear disconnect panels
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Job Duties & Functions
- Fabricate aircraft wiring harnesses from engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and electronic documentation
- Install wiring harnesses within electronic racks and laboratory test equipment assemblies
- Route wiring harnesses through complex rack configurations in accordance with engineering requirements
- Terminate wiring harnesses to rear disconnect panels and associated connector interfaces
- Construct test boxes and supporting laboratory test equipment
- Diagnose electrical and electronic equipment malfunctions using established troubleshooting methods
- Repair electrical and electronic systems supporting System Integration Laboratory operations
- Test completed installations and fabricated assemblies to verify functionality and compliance
- Mount mechanical and electronic components within rack structures and laboratory equipment
