As a Fiber Optic Splice Technician, you will be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for fusion splicing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing fiber optic cables. You'll also support construction operations while maintaining safety and operational excellence.

Specific responsibilities include:

Performing fusion splicing and verification testing. Troubleshooting and repairing fiber optic cables. Completing all required testing and documentation. Maintaining and organizing vehicles, equipment, and tools. Ensuring safety for all personnel at the job site. Adhering to customer-specific requirements while working on networks. Conducting heavy physical labor as needed. Valid driver's license. Ability to distinguish between colors. Pass a background check, drug test, DOT physical, and provide an RMV driving record. Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computers and software. Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays. Availability to work any shift, including on-call rotations. What We Offer Competitive compensation plan: $19.20 - $41.00/hour.
