Job Description

Electro Mechanical Duties:
Assemble actuators, motor control boards, power control systems, local/remote switching modules Test and troubleshoot returned or defective actuators, control boards and other components and products. Generate or modify wiring diagrams for Products Provides Technical Support to customers in installation and operation of products via phone, email or customer visits Reviews customers' applications and recommends products and process solutions. Identifies which components are needed to provide customers with effective solutions Resolve customer issues by analyzing engineering and customer information and proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services to resolve issue. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications :
Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, mechanical diagrams and assembly procedures Demonstrated ability to generate effective wiring diagrams for analog and digital motor control systems and circuits Experience installing, engineering and troubleshooting electric motor applications and solutions Knowledge of motor control and control engineering concepts Knowledge of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs) communication protocols (e.g. Modbus) 1. Computer/Software Proficiency 2. Autodesk Inventor (product dimensional data and design) 3. AutoCAD (Used for wiring diagrams) 4. Experience with laser engravers 5. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
