Aesthetic injector and laser technician

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Aesthetic Injector to join our vibrant med spa team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser skin therapies, and other advanced cosmetic procedures. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals while providing outstanding customer service in a professional, welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, radiuses, laser skin rejuvenation and more. Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options clearly, and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and available services to enhance their experience and satisfaction. Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and engaging with the community online. Support retail sales by recommending skincare products and beauty tools aligned with client needs. Keep detailed treatment records and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that emphasizes guest services and positive client interactions. Experience Proven experience as an aesthetic injector in a med spa or salon setting. Certification in botulinum toxin treatment (Botox) and dermal fillers from accredited programs. Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments is highly desirable. Familiarity with salon management software(EMR) Strong communication skills to educate clients effectively and build lasting relationships. Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos to maximize client satisfaction and revenue. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation while managing multiple appointments efficiently. Previous work in a med spa environment or hospitality setting is advantageous for delivering exceptional guest services. Pay:

$23.35 - $28.12 per hour
