At F/LIST Florida, we have a specialized team of around 40 employees, focusing on the Air Aftermarket sector and, through F/YACHTING, selected yacht interior projects. We provide services and products for refurbishing and upgrading aircraft cabins for business and private jets, including intricate craftsmanship for repairing, refurbishing, redesigning, and modernizing high-quality aircraft furniture. We apply the same attention to detail and premium joinery standards in the yachting sector. As part of our team you will... perform routine maintenance and repairs , removal and installation of yacht interior components, ensuring compliance with safety standards. regular on-site work on yachts and in shipyards, including travel to different marinas and project locations. utilize adequate digital documentation tools. interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. work with yacht interior components , cabinetry and fixtures. conduct lifting tasks as required for equipment installation or repair such as cabin seats and cabinets. collaborate with engineering teams to support maintenance. maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS. You're a good fit if you.... have proven experience as an yacht interior technician , with strong mechanical knowledge. possess experience working with interior components, such as cabinetry and fixtures. are able to read and interpret technical documents , including schematics and manuals. demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team . are physically capable of performing lifting tasks safely and effectively.
