Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced Level 3 CDJR Certified Technician to join our busy and growing service department. If you are an experienced Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram technician who wants strong earning potential, consistent hours, and a busy shop, we want to talk to you. Compensation & Opportunity $45+ per hour for Level 3 certified technicians Average 50+ hours per week High earning potential for experienced, productive technicians Consistent workflow in a busy dealership Opportunity for additional earnings based on experience and productivity Factory training and continued career development What You'll Do Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on CDJR vehicles Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, HVAC and electronic concerns Perform advanced computer and electrical diagnostics Complete engine and transmission repairs Perform suspension, steering and brake repairs Diagnose concerns accurately and identify root causes Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer specifications Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and technical resources Maintain accurate repair-order documentation Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment Assist and mentor less-experienced technicians when needed Qualifications CDJR Level 3 certification required Strong Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram experience Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Strong electrical and computer diagnostic abilities Ability to accurately diagnose complex vehicle concerns Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Professional attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and self-motivated Ability to consistently produce quality work in a fast-paced environment Why Daytona Dodge CDJR? $45+ per hour 50+ hours per week on average Busy, established dealership Strong service department with consistent workflow Modern diagnostic equipment Factory training opportunities Experienced management team Career advancement opportunities Employee benefits package available We're Looking for Career Technicians We are looking for a technician who wants to work, produce and earn.
