We are currently seeking a talented Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our growing team.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, a related technical field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as an Electro-Mechanical Technician, preferably within a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical device, aerospace, pharmaceutical). Solid understanding of mechanical principles, electrical circuits, and electronic components. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Experience with troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus. Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor skills for assembling intricate devices. Developed problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards is highly desirable.
salary:
$52,000•$66,560 per year shift: Second work hours: 3 PM•11:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Assemble, troubleshoot, and repair complex electro-mechanical medical devices and sub-assemblies according to established procedures and quality standards. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, utilizing schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Document all work performed, including testing results, repairs, and maintenance activities, with accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and implement process improvements. Operate and maintain various test equipment and tools. Adhere to all safety regulations and quality system requirements. Assist in the development and validation of new products and processes.
