The ideal candidate is experienced in performing laser and aesthetic treatments, passionate about patient care, and committed to delivering safe, effective, and results-driven services in a professional environment. Position Summary The Laser Technician is responsible for providing laser hair removal while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction. This role includes conducting consultations, educating patients on treatment plans and aftercare, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting overall clinic operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform laser treatments including: Laser hair removal Facial treatments Conduct thorough client consultations and assess treatment eligibility Educate patients on treatment expectations, risks, benefits, and aftercare instructions Maintain accurate and timely patient charting and treatment documentation Follow all laser safety protocols, infection control standards, and HIPAA guidelines Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies Monitor patient progress and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments and skincare products Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and satisfaction Collaborate with providers and front desk staff to ensure smooth clinic operations Qualifications Active state laser certification/license as required Previous experience in a med spa, dermatology, or aesthetic practice preferred Knowledge of laser safety standards and skin types Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Sales and retail experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move equipment or supplies as needed Manual dexterity to safely operate laser equipment Schedule Full-time or part-time positions available Some evenings may be required and weekends are required
