AB_5028533 Randstad is looking for an experienced Instrument Service Technician for an established and growing company on Jacksonville's Southside. You will repair customer products and be primarily responsible for product repair in depot service, back up for Quality Assurance, and other departmental requirements. First shift, 8:30 to 5:30, Monday to Friday, starting at $21.00 per hour with additional based upon your experience. You will work onsite with almost no travel.
salary:
$45,000 - $46,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM education: Associate Responsibilities Evaluate, rebuild, calibrate, test, and repair optical instruments with precision and accuracy. Adhere to SOPs and work instructions, ensuring thorough completion of quality check sheets. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management, fostering clear communication. Propose innovative methods to optimize resource utilization. Assess the precision and accuracy of repair and testing equipment, ensuring optimal performance. The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment manual lifting up to 30lbs standing for 3 hours at one time Skills Electronic Maintenance Mechanical Maintenance Inspecting Engineering Inspection Monitoring Product Inspection Blueprints Blueprint Reading Electronic Assembling (3 years of experience is required) Troubleshooting Microsoft Office MS Office Basic Computer Skills Basic Software Skills SAP SalesForce Testing Electronic repair Quality Assurance Quality Control Inventory Communication Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
