56k-65k Position Summary The Core Technician / Engineering Aide is responsible for supporting Test Operations and Test Support activities through the administration of preventive maintenance programs, asset management, documentation control, and reporting functions. This role ensures the accuracy of maintenance records, supports equipment reliability initiatives, and maintains compliance with established procedures and schedules. Key Responsibilities Print and distribute Preventive Maintenance (PM) work orders to supervisory personnel. Collect, review, and close weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual PM 16 and PM 17 work orders within the SAP Preventive Maintenance System for both Test Operations and Test Support. Create and maintain equipment records and asset information in SAP. Develop and schedule preventive maintenance plans for newly installed assets within the Test Area. Review, update, and revise preventive maintenance task lists as required. Generate, maintain, and publish PM backlog reports for both Test Operations and Test Support. Administer Test Support procedures and work instructions by coordinating reviews, incorporating revisions, and publishing approved documents in accordance with established review schedules. Prepare and distribute semi-annual Market Feedback Analysis Surveys to Test Support customers. Track, compile, analyze, and report survey results to Test Support management. Support engineering and operations teams with maintenance documentation, reporting, and administrative activities as needed. Qualifications Education & Experience Associate degree (AA) in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Experience working with SAP Preventive Maintenance or a similar Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) preferred. Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and document control skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Understanding of preventive maintenance concepts and asset management practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, testing, or engineering environments is preferred.
