Why Technicians Choose Kissimmee Motorsports One of the highest paying flat rate compensation structures in Florida State of the art service facility built just two years ago Modern equipment, dedicated workspaces, and professional shop environment Strong customer base and consistent repair order volume Paid manufacturer training and certification opportunities Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, accessories, and apparel Paid time off and holidays Career advancement opportunities within a growing dealership Responsibilities Diagnose and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft, and other powersports vehicles Perform advanced troubleshooting of electrical, fuel injection, engine, drivetrain, suspension, and performance related issues Complete manufacturer warranty repairs according to factory standards Conduct routine maintenance services and safety inspections Accurately document repairs, parts usage, and labor operations Maintain productivity and efficiency goals while delivering exceptional workmanship Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding repair recommendations and repair status Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications 5+ years of powersports technician experience preferred Advanced diagnostic and repair skills across multiple powersports brands Manufacturer certifications preferred Strong electrical diagnostic abilities Ability to read wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical bulletins Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast paced shop environment Strong work ethic and team oriented attitude Preferred Experience Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM, Polaris, Can Am, Sea Doo, or BRP certifications Performance modification and tuning experience High flat rate productivity history Dealership service department experience Join the Best At Kissimmee Motorsports, we're investing in our technicians because we know they are the foundation of our success.
