We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Laser Technician with a mastery of Diode Laser technology for our state-of-the-art facility. This role is designed for a confident, high-producing specialist who wants the financial security of a strong hourly base plus the ability to maximize their earnings through an uncapped, production-based commission structure. The Opportunity You will join a high-performance clinical environment under the guidance of our Medical Director, Dr. David Jativa. You will operate the Matrix 4D Diode Laser, a cutting-edge system known for its efficiency and patient comfort. You will be supported by a dedicated marketing team invested in filling your schedule. We bring the volume; you deliver the excellence. Key Responsibilities 1.

Clinical Excellence & Diode Laser Procedures Laser Mastery:

Perform safe, effective, and expert-level Laser Hair Removal using the Matrix 4D Diode Laser. You must understand the nuances of diode wavelengths to treat various skin types (Fitzpatrick scales) with precision.

Safety & Protocol:

Maintain meticulous safety and sanitation standards. You are responsible for properly sterilizing equipment, conducting thorough patch tests, and ensuring a pristine clinical environment.

Equipment Care:

Calibrate and maintain the Matrix 4D system daily, ensuring the cooling components and laser diodes operate at peak performance. 2.

Patient Consultation & Education Consultative Sales:

Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs, explain the benefits of 4D Diode technology, and set realistic expectations. You must confidently recommend treatment plans and close high-value packages.

Pre & Post-Care Expertise:

Educate clients on specialized care to optimize clinical results, ensure safety, and build long-term retention. 3.

Documentation & Growth Medical Records:

Maintain detailed, HIPAA-compliant documentation of laser settings, patient progress, and clinical notes in our EMR system.

Retail & Cross-Selling:

Support retail sales of medical-grade skincare products and identify opportunities to cross-sell other clinical services offered at the practice.

Brand Building:

Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content (Before & Afters) to build your authority in the local market.

What We're Looking For Licensure:

Active Florida Certified Medical Electrologist (CME) license or equivalent valid Florida state credential required to operate aesthetic lasers.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on laser experience, with specific expertise operating Diode Laser systems (experience with Matrix 4D is a significant advantage).

Confidence:

You must have a "Hunter Mindset." You are comfortable upgrading packages, handling objections, and thriving in a sales-driven environment.

Language:

Fluent English & Spanish required. Portuguese is highly preferred.
