Safelite is seeking a Peak Season Repair Specialist to support high-demand periods in our vehicle glass repair and replacement operations. In this hands-on role, you'll inspect damage, perform safe, high-quality repairs or replacements, and operate shop and mobile equipment while following strict safety and calibration standards. You'll interact directly with customers, explain services, and provide caring, professional support. Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you'll help manage peak workloads, maintain shop cleanliness and inventory, complete digital documentation, and participate in ongoing training to grow your technical and customer service skills.
