- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical/para-engineering tasks
- 1+ years of experience with testing electronic assemblies
- Proficient in component-level troubleshooting of solid-state and digital circuits
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Suite and other data collection programs to accurately document maintenance actions
- Flying probe/high power test experience

- Set up test apparatus and conduct tests of electronic circuit card assemblies, RF circuits, and subassembly units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences
- Lay out and assemble units for production electronic equipment according to designs and specifications
- Adjust and calibrate electronic assembly systems as required
- Correct malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed
- Use hand and small power tools along with various measuring and testing devices
- Determine types of tests to be performed
- Approve and suggest modifications to testing equipment
- Analyze test results to evaluate the performance of products and equipment
- Assist engineers in the design and development of test procedures for new products
- Recommend product improvements or manufacturing modifications
- Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures
- Troubleshoot to the component level
- Utilize schematic diagrams to isolate failures on Analog and Digital circuitry
