Job Description As an Maintenance Technician I, you will:
  • Complete preventive maintenance, guest service calls, engineering projects, and general repairs (painting, caulking, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and electronic issues, including basic component replacements.
  • Install, program, and troubleshoot TVs, remotes, and other in-room tech devices.
  • Assist with inventory checks and ensure materials, parts, and tools are available.
  • Use hand/power tools and software systems (e.g., HotSOS) safely and effectively, including working at heights with proper PPE.
  • Identify hazards, follow safety protocols, and comply with all resort policies and procedures.
  • Interact positively with guests and staff, maintain a professional appearance, and support resort leadership with assigned tasks.
