What you'll do: Set up and operate CO₂ laser cutting systems (Mazak preferred) Adjust machine settings and programs for different production needs Read blueprints and perform quality checks Troubleshoot equipment and resolve issues efficiently Perform routine maintenance and safety checks Work with a variety of materials including steel, stainless, and aluminum What we're looking for: 2+ years of laser operation experience (metal stamping environment preferred) Basic CNC programming knowledge (G & M codes) Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and quality
