Full-time Summary:
This person will install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and modify electrical and mechnical equipment in a manufacturing environment to support safe, efficient and compliant operations. Responsibilities Assemble electromechanical components using schematics, technical drawings, and IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly. Perform soldering tasks, including surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole components, ensuring high-quality connections. Install and wire electrical systems, including power supplies, relays, and control panels, following detailed wiring diagrams. Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on PCB assemblies and electromechanical systems using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters. Maintain mechanical assemblies by using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment to ensure precise fit and function. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to facilitate accurate assembly and repairs. Support manufacturing processes by performing quality inspections in accordance with IPC 610 standards. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly procedures and resolve technical issues efficiently. Experience Associate Degree or Technical Certificate in Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred Experience with industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred. OSHA safety certification, PLC training, or related certifications are a plus. Knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, motors, controls, gears, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC's, automated systems and diagnostic equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving ability, able to interpret technical documents and work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment. #prof1

$30.00•$34.00 per hour
